Challenges

Rely on manual processes for order placement, which were prone to errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
Tracking the status of orders manually was time-consuming and challenging.
Without a centralized system, tracking KPIs related to sales, such as revenue, sales volume etc. was cumbersome and often inaccurate.
Manually distribute generated invoices and ledger.

Solution

Integrated with SAP ECC6.0 using a middleware WCF service for data transfer.
Developed responsive Angular based Web Application and React native-based mobile app.
Developed a dashboard to display the Order Listing with the Performance, order status and invoices.
Developed loyalty program module and admin to manage it.
